Barns Loyalty Program
It is a program whereby individual customers can earn points by purchasing from Barns branches and kiosks. The program aims to encourage customers to continue dealing with the company and increase sales volume, by providing benefits and rewards that motivate them to make frequent purchases and always remain customers of the company. Any customer has the right to register in the loyalty program in all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
JOINING Barns Loyalty Program
To join Barns Loyalty Program, go to ……………………. (the “Website”), or to the Barns mobile app (“App”) and follow the prompts to create an account. You will be required to provide the following information and follow the prompts to create an account. You will be required to provide the following information:
1. First and last name, email address and password.
2. Birthday (month, day) is optional to receive birthday offers. If you do not provide birthday information you will not receive your Birthday Reward.
3. Preferred language for email communications from Barns.
When you join Barns Loyalty Program via the App,
-you will be provided with a unique tier code, this code will be displayed as a QR code in the App, which can be scanned in store to collect Points and Rewards for purchases.
-The subscriber is automatically enrolled in the green tier, then the subscriber can upgrade to the silver tier by spending 300 Saudi Riyals annually. If the subscriber spends 666 Saudi Riyals annually, they can further upgrade to tier.
EARNING Points
The rewards that are available to you through Barns Loyalty Program are based on the number of Points that you earn. You can earn Points by making purchases at participating Barns stores in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the following ways:
Scanning your member QR code in the App and then paying with cash, credit card, debit card or mobile wallet
- The subscriber with a green tier will get Four point for every (10) riyals spent when purchasing drinks from Barns branches.
- The subscriber with the silver tier will get six points for every (10) riyals spent when purchasing drinks from Barns branches.
-The subscriber with the Glod tier will get seven points for every (10) riyals spent when purchasing drinks from Barns branches.
- The value of 10 points = (1) Saudi riyal.
- The subscriber earns points by purchasing food and beverages from Barnes' branches and kiosks.
- The subscriber is entitled to use the points only on beverages.
- Points expire within (12) months from the date of their acquisition.
- The subscriber will lose eligibility for point refunds if they fail to report missing points within a period of )48( hours.
- All requests for point refunds must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
We reserve the right to change or suspend the number and type of benefits offered to members of Barns Loyalty Program in our sole discretion at any time
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU SHOULD KNOW
When ordering through the application, subscribers cannot pay in cash; payment must be made only through electronic payment gateways.
There are no participation or tier fees associated with Barns Loyalty Program. Points accrued in connection with Barns Rewards are promotional, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. In addition, your redemption of Points accrued in connection with Barns Loyalty Program cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts, unless otherwise expressly indicated.
Your Points, Rewards and Barns Loyalty Program account are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose.
Without notice to you, we reserve the right to suspend any/or terminate your account and/or your participation in Barns Loyalty Program if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated the Terms or that the use of your Barns Loyalty Program account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. We may, in our sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine your Barns Loyalty Program accounts that appear to be duplicative. In the event that your participation in your Barns Loyalty Program is terminated, all accrued Points in your account are void.
Without notice to you, we also reserve the right to "unregister" and make ineligible for your Barns Loyalty Program an account that has been inactive for one (1) year. Inactivity is defined as no Points earned during such one (1) year period. In the event that your account is unregistered or rendered inactive, all accrued Stars in your account are void.
We reserve the right to change, modify, discontinue or cancel your Barns Loyalty Program or any part of your Barns Loyalty Program, at any time and in our sole discretion, without notice to you.
These terms of use are produced in the Arabic and English languages. If there is any discrepancy between the Arabic and the English texts, the Arabic text prevails.
In our sole discretion, our rights and obligations under these terms of use may be assigned at any time and without any notice to you, and these terms of use shall remain binding on you and your respective executors, administrators, successors and representatives, should any assignment of these terms of use by us to another entity be made.
Liability
We expressly disclaim any liability with regard to access to or use of Barns Loyalty Program being uninterrupted or error-free. We do not represent or warrant that Stars will always be accepted or accessible.
You agree that we shall not be liable for any loss, damages or expenses whatsoever due to any failure due to events beyond our reasonable control, any system failure, failure to provide you with accurate information, our taking any action required by any regulators governmental, regulation or court order, our declining an authorization for any particular transaction, regardless of its reason, or any breach or violation of these terms of use by you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to limit any claims for damages against us to monetary relief for the actual damages sustained by you as a direct result of any proven failure imputable to us, provided that such damages shall not exceed the last Points balance on your Barns Loyalty Program account at the time the imputed event occurred. You agree not to claim any indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages from us.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising from these terms of use or your access to or participation in “Barns” loyalty Rewards program will be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute between the parties will be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in the city of Jeddah.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision or part of a provision of these terms of use is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these terms of use and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Integration and Severability :
These Terms of Use are the entire agreement between you and Barns with respect to the Service and use of the Site, Service, Content, User Submissions, and supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written or electronic) between you and Barns with respect to ourSites. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Use will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. Waiver of compliance in any particular instance does not mean that we will waive compliance in the future. In order for any waiver of compliance with these Terms of Use to be binding, Barns must provide you with written notice of such waiver through one of its authorized representatives.
Modification of Terms of Use:
Barns reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of these Terms of Use, or change, suspend, or discontinue the Services (including without limitation, the availability of any feature, database, or content) at any time by posting a notice on our Sites or by sending you notice through the Services or via email. Barns may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all the Services without notice or liability. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Barns shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond Barns’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, electronic or communications failure or degradation).
These Terms of Use are personal to you, and are not assignable, transferable, or sublicensable by you except with Barns’s prior written consent. Barns may assign, transfer or delegate any of its rights and obligations hereunder without consent. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created because of these Terms of Use and neither party has any authority of any kind to bind the other in any respect.

Language.
Where Barns has provided you with a translation of the Arabic language version of these Terms of Use, then you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the Arabic language versions of the Terms will govern your relationship with Barns.
If there is any contradiction between what the Arabic language version of these Terms of Use says and what a translation says, then the Arabic language version shall take precedence.
